My goals are to establish healthy eating and activity habits. And to lose weight and belly fat! (And inner organ fat as well)
1) Keep track of my habits and begin by making the easiest changes first. 2) Take note of how I feel after eating poorly and after eating well. 3) Log into sparks page everyday. 4) Record my water and vegetable/ fruit intake daily 5) Record a blog weekly. 6) Record exercises daily.
I'm Margaret. Mid fifties, married with two lovely adult daughters. I enjoy two granddaughters and an ever changing number of pets. I'm hoping to study for a 2nd career, in nutrition. My hobby is studying Italian.
We;re doing pretty good. Jason (my boyfriend) and I agreed a few days ago that we won't eat out until Valentines day. But now... We're even talking about just having a nice Valentines dinner at home! The things we've been cooking have been so yummy that eating out isn't as missed.
But, it is more difficult on my days off... it's so tempting to go to a cafe and have lunch. I know I could order something relatively healthy... but we made a commitment and we're sticking to it!
Also, reading your profile... you sound just like me!! I may not look hippie but my heart is all hippie.
