Jumping back in. I've been steady at about 205 for a while, which is less than my maximum, but definitely not where I'd like to be. I'm do pretty well with activity (not having a car means at least I'm walking a lot) but food is another story.

Hello, I just joined the desperate... team and your beginning weight and goal weight are almost identical to mine. You have made good progress emoticon . I need to believe I can do this. Keep up the good work.

Your starting weight and goal sounds allot like mine, but unlike you i have not started a regular exercise regiment. I have access to a gym in our office building... I think i will give it a go this week.

Keep up the good work.

Hi there! How's your running coming along? I ran 7 miles yesterday in 1:20. I can't believe it. I'm breaking my own record every week. It's so exciting!

Good for you for running when you weren't in the mood. That's such a great accomplishment!
My running is going great. I'm running on Mondays, Tuesday, Thursdays, and long runs on Saturdays. I shaved one minute off my 3 mile run in just two weeks and I'm averaging just a little under 12 minute per mile.
I have a 5 mile run tomorrow morning. I'll let you know how it went.
