Tired of the tire...sick of being tired
I recently stepped onto a scale and was shocked to see I was topping 300lbs. This made me realize that I needed to have a drastic change in my life. Hopefully, I can reach my goal of losing down to 180lbs. and maintain that weight.

My Goals:
My main goal is to get my weight down into the healthy range and out of size 50 pants.
My Program:
Im following a diet change plan called "The Insulin Resistant Diet" and starting to get more exercise. I plan on joining a gym soon to add in more strength training than I have available at the moment.
Personal Information:
Im originally from Albany, GA and moved to TN a little over 2.5 years ago. My GF and I have take to getting healthy together so that we feel better and actually do more than work and sit around.
