I am what I eat. You can just imagine what I stick in this old mouth of mine. I have very strong jawls.
I like chocolate most of all.
and chocolate milk
I like a box of chocolates...
Well, you get the picture.
I want to eat chocolate once a week...as a goal, not every day

I know I stalk you like a love-struck fool from afar.

My Goals:
Learn to be more aware of what I enter into my mouth. Plan my meals.
Not to over analyze everything I do wrong.

My Program:
it's all about the eating I have to put in over 1800 calories a day, especially, if I'm building muscle..that' s the key to burning fat is muscle building. I do HIIT cardio atleast 4 days a week 3 days aweek of resistant training.

Hey LONESTARLET!!! Just dropping in to say hi! I dont know if you are still around but, you were one of the first to talk to me on the Iron Maidens team.. I have left. It just got too big but, I still try to keep up with a select few of the peeps that were there!!!

It is so true that to build muscle you need more calories and then that muscle will burn body fat. I haven't lost an ounce, but I am getting smaller....next rotation will include more fat-burning cardio. My current rotation is a muscle building focus. enjoyed your page.....
