    Well, I was doing some chair excercises because my leg hurt me too much to stand up and do anything, when the phone rang. I didn't get back on the computer after that. Only finished about 5 minutes of the 11 minute work out. better than nothing but not by much. today, I am going to finish it (The whole 11 minutes not just the 6 I missed! LOL). Up to 2 glasses of water yesterday. Goal today is 3. Baby steps are better than no steps. Didn't get this way overnight, not going to get over it over night. emoticon

    Thank you everyone for all your sparkmail. It made me feel very welcome. I hope as I learn to utilize all aspects of this site, that I can do the same for others. One note however; I personally did not have cancer. I am my mother's caretaker. It' been a long 2 year journey with her, but I am pleased to say that she has been in remission for 7 months now. Praise God.
