I'm Lauren. A 20 year old from Florida. I was my heaviest back in high school even though I was involved in several sports...However, after starting some medication to balance out some hormones in my body I finally began losing weight and was finally able to accept myself.

Last year I lost about 30 pounds, and everything seemed to just be getting better for me, but then I got hit with some crippling depression and gained most, if not all, of it back. So, now that I am finally feeling motivated to even get out of bed again I'd like to return to a healthier weight since Diabetes runs in my family and is always looming over my head.

Generally, I'm pretty good at not eating junk food but I need to actually eat more consistently, especially breakfast time, and watch my portion sizes.
I also need to find some exercises to help me get back into shape.
