My Goals:
My goal is to eat healthier so as to feel better, to be physically fit, and to get to a healthy weight.
My Program:
To record what I eat and stay within my calorie range and to work out 6 days per week for at least 30 minutes. I do incorporate strength training at least 2 days per week.
