Good morning. Just checking in to see how you're doing. Keep "pickin' 'em up and puttin' 'em down (your feet), move alittle more each day, do drink that water (it really works), read a little more of the Spark articles. They really help.
Ever try journaling or blogging? (And I'll let you in on a secret that I am no longer afraid to admit. I have never enjoyed either journaling or blogging (actually never blogged until Spark) I am finding it to be of great help. I, personally, need to do a little self-examination in my emotional set. It is helping me to get on with the life I want. The plus side is I am finally learning how to journal (its on the SP page where you make calendar appointments.) and blog (my adult daughters are thrilled with this). Nothing grand, mind you, but I feel better.
If you have a chance, might I ask a favor? Might you read my last blog titled "Emotional Mess - Yikes"? I wrote it in a humorous style because I was dealing with an issue I have been avoiding - my emotional eating. If you do, please leave me your thoughts.

Hi! Just checking in to see how you are doing. Is that your beautiful baby I am looking at when I explore your pictures? How adorable. All I have to do is close my eyes and I can quickly go back to when my 'babies' were tiny (now 28 and 26). It was such a happy time. Keep up the good work. Oops, your beautiful grandbaby.
