Never Quit Pledge

Today, I promise I will not quit.

-Staying as best I can to the SP calorie and nutrition guidelines
-Starting small with a minimal walking-Strength training-low impact aerobics program
-Getting more fruits, vegetables, calcium, and green tea daily
-then just let the chips fall where they may

Hi! Thanks for commenting on my blog. I truly appreciate you commenting even though I haven't been checking SP much. My toddler has been keeping me VERY busy. I usually track on my phone and don't blog or check pages much.

I hope you are having a wonderful summer and that you are getting a lot of exercise. Me -- I wish it would cool off so I could stand to be outside and walk more!

Your breakfast sounds delightful! I have not tried almond milk. I will look for it and buy if they have a small enough container.
