Keep up my consistent exercise and nutrition practices from my recent pregnancy. By the end of 39 weeks I managed to have smaller hips and ribcage. I want to carry that momentum once my body is rested from having my son (13 June 2010). I will start working out the weekend of 24 July once I have had about 40 days rest from physical activity.

I plan to heart rate monitor train while running 3x a week using the Polar online programs. Other than that I need to figure out how to use ...

Other than that I need to figure out how to use other tools at my disposal to maximize my efforts and minimize my time commitment since I have a little one I would rather spend time with. I have P90X that i love, EAS Active, DVDs, strength training equipment at home, a pool nearby, yoga certifications, and a supportive husband that knows a fit wife is a happy wife.

Return to activity 24 July, until then eat relatively clean as I figure out my caloric needs now that I am breastfeeding.

Live in Boulder, CO.

I love my husband, son, my spirituality, the environment, photography, and community involvement. I suppose I also like Cirque du Soleil, amphibians, pb&j, parades and reading in bed before I crash out.

Food rules my life between lack of portion control to my insane ubiquitous food allergies (sugar cane, coffee, and oats). I spend a lot of time in the kitchen since most easy, processed food has sugar. It is all good though. I am a Slow Foodie, love locally sourced products and whole foods. I can adapt any recipe these days to fit my diet.
