Good for you for giving up soda. You can do it. Go to the store and find yummy teas and juice as well as flavored seltzer( my favorite) so you have a choice of flavors for when you get cravings. Don't forget water. My husband was such a diet coke addict and he finally quit in Nov. This is what he did. Good Luck. Remember you are making your body healthier and stronger!

I think you just totally made my morning with that goodie. I'm at work and completely frustrated with everything. I took my first break and here in my email is your goodie. And it totally made me smile and giggle like an idiot.
