My Goals:
1st Weight Goal - 5 lbs in 4 weeks.
2nd Weight Goal - 10 lbs in 8 weeks.
3rd Weight Goal - 15 lbs in 12 weeks.
4th Weight Goal - 20 lbs. in 16 weeks.

1st Fitness Goal - Get into the habit of visiting the gym. 3x a week for one hour. Stick to it for 6 weeks at least, don't give up!

2nd Fitness Goal - Record workouts and develop a good strength training plan.

3rd Fitness Goal - Improve flexibility and endurance.

My Program:
- 1300 calories per day.
- Exercise 3x a week
- Drink 8 glasses of H20 a day!
- Follow Weight Watchers plan.
- Keep a food journal.

Thanks for the friend add! I am in Australia, my partner is a muso so we are immersed in art and music, which can be hazzardous to one's health- all those openings with wine and live gig late night temptations... Sigh.
