So I had success with Spark a couple of years ago and lost about 45 pounds. Since then I've gained all and then some back. I've tried a couple of other programs, like Weight Watchers and Curves without much success. The motivation just was not there.


So I'm back to Spark because that is what worked for me. I'm trying to get motivated and ready to work on a healthier me.

My goal is to lose at least a pound a week until I reach my goal.


My Program:
My program consists of eating healthy foods that are low in fat and sugar and higher in fiber. This has worked for me in the past. Exercise must be a part of my routine as without it I know from experience that the weight loss will not work.

Personal Information:
49 yrs old.

Mom of 3 beautiful kids.

Married to hubby of 26 yrs.


Other Information:
My 4 month goals:

1. Lose 17 pounds!
2. Drink all my waters (and then some).
3. Increase cardio to at least 3 days/wk.
4. STAY FOCUSED!!
