Thank you for responding to my desperate plea. I have recently (March 2nd) had surgery to remove my cancer ridden thyroid. I am now cancer free!! Praise God!! But I now have even more trouble with gaining weight as the thyroid controls the metabolism. And on top of that I'm coming up on finals for law school (1st year). (53 and going to Law School--God has a great sense of humor!!).

I need accountability on this journey as I am want to follow my own path (bad me). I don't eat the way I know I should and I do not exercise (bad me). So I would greatly appreciate a check-in to make sure I'm doing what I should.

I will always be here for you. I may not check the web every day (due to school schedule and full time work), but I check in Mon-Fri pretty regularly. If you need me, just email me. I will respond to your needs.
