I am currently working in rehab in Texas. Been divorced six years (after a 25 year marriage) and am doing fine. The longer I am on my own the more I like it!! I love my animals (horses, cat and dog) and I have no plans for the future except to slow down and smell the roses, and to try to stay healthy.

Welcome to the Couch to 5k running group!!!! Stop by the message board and introduce yourself to the team. On the team page you will find a thread for each training week. Click on week one and post were you are at in your training. This is a great way to meet others who are in the same phase of training as you. Some of my best friends were in my training week one and we worked through the program together sharing victories, questions, comments, and ideas. I look forward to learning more about you.
