My Goals:
To be able to run 2 miles in 15 minutes like I used to, ride a bike for an entire afternoon, kayak for 6+ hours, live a little longer, not be embarrassed when I'm running out shirtless...stuff like that.

My Program:
Eating better, ixnay on the fast food (now affectionately known as "The Devil"), exercising on a regular basis, drinking water instead of soda...making healthier choices, and taking my health seriously.
