David Jackson - Logical Weight Loss

I am 45, , and I produce the Logical Weight Loss Podcast and the Jillian Michaels Podcast (to keep with the guidelines I can't link to it here, but do come find me). I hope to get to 185. I take that back. I WILL get to 185.

I lost 20 lbs about 2 years ago. I quit exercising and found all the weight I lost. Now I'm back to lose 25.

I have come to realize that no matter how busy we get, we need to keep our health as the top priority so we can enjoy the other priorities in our live for many years to come.

Currently I realize that I may attack the way I eat, but that is a symptom not the cause. I will be looking DEEP into what makes me tick and why. Once I attack the cause, the symptom should disappear.

Be kind to yourself! Yes, kick pity in the butt, but also recognize when you need to give yourself comfort. If you're self-medicating with food, that's not a sign you're a failure, just that you need an extra something right now. Maybe extra time in your day to just breathe? Whatever that is for you, I trust you'll find it. Thanks for commenting on my blog - we're all in this together.
