My Program:
I am following the sparkpeople program. I count calories and use the things that work for me that I have learned from other diet programs that I have tried. I also work out for an hour 5 days a week. My favorite workouts are Zumba, running, taebo, exercise ball workouts, strength training, cycling, and running. I am currently training -slowly- for a 5K.

Other Information:
I read everything I can get my hands on.

My favorite movies are romantic comedies.

I sent you a msg to thank you, but I would like your help also.... how do I read this chart.... I see the blue line, the green sections and the orange sections, but how do I figure out my differential??? It looks like a HUGE differential at first glance. Help please?!?
