My Program:
I am following the sparkpeople program. I count calories and use the things that work for me that I have learned from other diet programs that I have tried. I also work out for an hour 5 days a week. My favorite workouts are Zumba, running, taebo, exercise ball workouts, strength training, cycling, and running. I am currently training -slowly- for a 5K.

Other Information:
I read everything I can get my hands on.

My favorite movies are romantic comedies.

I never thought I'd be able to run, but here I am doing it! And having somebody congratulate me just makes me want to do it even more.

I hope your recovery goes well and that there aren't any lasting effects! It makes me happy to hear you recommend the C25k ! If it worked for you well enough to recommend it, then it makes me feel better about doing it myself. And I really hope you can get back to it soon, too :)
