I came back in January because I was looking for a cheap, effective, weight loss program and fell in love with Sparkpeople. I am a single mother to four great kids. I have a lot of weight to lose and I am determined to get healthy. I am sick of being tired, worn out, and achy! I wanna be happy with myself! This year is the year that I am turning my life around- every area of my life!

I am doing The Biggest Loser workouts, zumba, insanity, 30 day shred, tae-bo, running, cycling,

My Program:
I am following the sparkpeople program. I count calories and use the things that work for me that I have learned from other diet programs that I have tried. I also work out for an hour 5 days a week. My favorite workouts are Zumba, running, taebo, exercise ball workouts, strength training, cycling, and running. I am currently training -slowly- for a 5K.

Other Information:
I read everything I can get my hands on.

My favorite movies are romantic comedies.
