Behave. By which I mean stop with the milkshakes and start with the exercise. My size 18s are getting really, really tight and my lifetime goal is never to move into a 20, so here I am again!
Only eat at the dining room table. Walk at least 3 miles every day on the treadmill. Track my food! Build strong habits so I can run on autopilot and stop obsessing over my weight. Wouldn't that be swell!!
