Lobo's Den
I am about to embark on a very different journey. I am scared but excited as wolves run in packs and I am tired of being a lone wolf. I am known as Long Running Wolf.

God, grant me the serenity of eagles wings,
the faith & courage to fly to new heights,
and the wisdom to rely on Your spirit to carry me there.

My Goals:
I want to make peace with my body by establishing a healthier lifestyle. I have abused my body so much, it's time to treat it better.
My Program:
-Log in to SparkPeople at least five times a week.
-Drink at least 8 'CUPS' of water each day. (that's only 64 ounces)
-Stick to goal of some kind of fitness workout daily. I love Gilad Body Sculpting.
-Stretch everyday at least 10 minutes.
-OH YEAH...
H-U-D-D-L-E I love to huddle with who ever will join me.
Personal Information:
We used to live & travel in a motorhome for seven years. We loved it. We stopped where the Spirit would take us. We stayed in reservations, rancherias, urban, rural areas...even rest stops. We have settled in NorCal to take care of our granddaughter for a little while. She is a precious jewel in the making. We have been doing Indian Education in the local schools & community.
