My Goals:
My main goal is to teach myself to lead a much healthier lifestyle. I have always overeaten, just like everyone in my family. I have been eating much healthier and I have been having fun finding ways to make my favorite recipes much healthier.
I am also trying to do something active each day, even if it is something as simple as walking my dogs.

My Program:
I haven't worked out in a very long time, so I have been easing myself into it. Every morning I take my dogs on a 30 min walk. Once we get back I then workout at home. Right now it is mainly strength training, but each week I am going to start a new routine and up the intensity. I have only been doing this for a month now, but I'm already starting to see progress!

Personal Information:
I am thirty years old and I live in Arizona. I was born and raised here, but I actually just sent a little over a year in Kentucky. I loved the change in scenery, but I'm glad to be back in AZ.

Other Information:
I am a classically trained Chef and I absolutely love to cook. I enjoy creating my own recipes and I love feeding people.
My favorite thing to do is read and I almost always have a book on me.
I am also a huge animal lover. I have three dogs and a cat who I love more then anything. My dogs keep me motivated to keep working out!
