Keep changing it up...
Currently have a new addiction...Cathe Friedrich! OMG that woman kicks butt and takes names. I have never in my life sweated and cursed like this til I met her in her workout dvds! Every single one of her workouts is tough. Most things I tend to get used too and then the calorie burn kind of drops off. NOT Cathe. Whew! I know this sounds disgusting but I have actually inhaled sweat while doing the one she calls Lowmax...its low impact but its not low anything else! Gotta have a big ole ...

Gotta have a big ole towel nearby for these dvds folks...but I love it! So...what else do I got? Hmmmm done P90X TWICE - still loving that Tony Horton (thanks for the abs and the arms dude). Done Chalean Extreme - but only once all the way through on that one- now I mix it in here and there. Tried out Power 90- rather boring. Power 90 Master Series- better then regular P90 but NOT as fabulous as P90X. Also have a collection of about 40 different taebo workouts, all the Turbo Jam workouts, Slim in 6, 10 Min Trainer, and a few Leslie Sansone for those lower cardio days. I have personally sweated my behind off doing each and every one of these workouts. Every day rain or shine I get some kind of exercise in. What's the best exercise? What makes you lose the most weight? Well I would have to say the workout that you look forward to doing, the one that when you are done you say "wow I can't believe I just did that", the one that leaves you panting, bent over and grabbing your thighs trying to get more air BUT you have a giant smile on your face cuz you LOVED every damn minute of it! Want to try it? P90X Plyometrics and Cathe Drillmax will getcha everytime. Anywho- thats me- I ride a Harley, I'm addicted to weight lifting and I'm addicted to cardio! Oh and did I mention I am also addicted to SPARK PEOPLE! They rock! Its no fun to go it alone but the very best people are on here keeping me going going going! Thank you to my best buddies - if it wasn't for you I wouldn't be where I am today.

My Goals:
Feel better about myself Exercise at least 5 days a week - got it and them some Get back into a size 14...or while I 'm hoping...even smaller - reached this goal of size 14 October 2, 2008 --New goal for 2009- size 10-- progressing very slowly
My Program:
Eat 5-6 small meals a day Exercise like a fiend 6 days a week (P90X, TJ, Taebo, 30 Day Shred and Chalean Extreme to name a few)
Personal Information:
Been skinny, been average, been fat, been average and then fat again. I'm tired of the neverending cycle and the closet full of fat, normal and skinny clothes. I want to clean it all out and get the size I will be the rest of my life.
