Not going to let a setback get the better of me. Nope. I'm in it to win it.
I reached my goal weight on Feb. 21, 2011!! I am and was SO excited about this!! However, fast forward to Jan 2013 and I've just weighed in to find that I'm 5 pounds OVER my original goal weight. The thing is, I am truly a former tiny person & think that I need to be at least 5 lbs LESS than that goal weight. I lost weight before, I can certainly lose it again. The weight has been gradually creeping upward. I don't like the direction that the scale is going. Determined!

Food & Fitness Tracking Strength Training 40 - 60 minutes of cardio everyday Consistency, consistency, consistency.
Other Information:
I am a creative person. I like to sew, crochet, stamp, read, bake. My sweet tooth wasn't a problem for me when I was younger. Weight was never a problem for me till I hit middle age. Now-a-days I don't bake all the cookies like I used to.....no need to keep the temptations at my finger tips quite so much!
