Eat whole foods and, whenever possible, opt for seasonal and local-grown foods: quality food is a reward in itself

Reduce my body fat percentage 5%

Be strong enough to work safely

My Program:
30 min cardio 4 days per week

45 min strength training 3 days per week

Focus on fresh vegetables and fruit, minimize processed foods and white flour
