My weight has been up and down over the years. I was near an all-time high in December, 2010. I decided to start tracking food on SparkPeople and stick to the recommended calorie range. I started at 178 on 12/26/10 and as of 3/21/11 am at 147. Looking forward to hitting goal weight of 135 by June, 2011.

Update 3/28/13 - I've been horrible about tracking (stuck to exercising though) and I've gained all the weight back....and then some. Starting over today, weigh in is 190 lbs. ...

Thanks for adding me as a spark friend! I think that we have a lot in common with our weight fluctuations and our running! Hopefully we can motivate each other to stay on track!

I did the Disney Princess Half back in February, but don't have anything planned for now. I'm in charge of prom at the school I teach at and it's been my focus since the half. I'm super grateful that its next week and will be behind me soon!
