I keep trying to remember that we can eat anything we want in moderation. Cooking with the biggest loser "Family" cookbook helps though because I usually get full with just one serving size, but occasionally you want more right........well eating healthier means less calories and this book does just that. You can eat twice the amount of these great foods to add up to the calories content in one serving of less good foods.
I’ve belonged to a lot of teams here on spark-- i really do believe that the Emotional Eaters team is one of the very best, it’s a great group of people- very supportive and encouraging-- and it is very refreshing to talk with people who "get" what you're going through!!
Spark has a lot of great tools, and you will learn which ones work best for you. The best tools are the people tho, always willing to lend a hand, an ear, or a shoulder. That has made a world of difference for me. I hope you have the same success!
