Hi! I'm intrigued with your love of boxing. I do not like the sport but I love the workout! I used to take ti kwon do with my son years ago and there was a lot of sparring and boxing moves in it. What a great workout and boy I will tell you did it build my self confidence in being able to defend myself! The first time I sparred with someone, I struggled because I would say to the trainer "but I'm not mad at him" which was the only reason I could see throwing a punch at someone. Once I realized that it was really more of defending yourself and blocking, I go over it and had a lot of fun watching my opponent to be 2 steps ahead of him/her. I really enjoyed it!
