Hi I keep falling off my diet. Things in life happen.
I have a disabled adult son who needed help and came to stay with me over a year. Gosh that was hard. Start of my down fall from dieting

New grandchild in Jan. They were in the hospital 6 weeks starting in Dec. premie. I had the other 5 with me. Big fall down right there along my mom being ill and having her last days I have not been tracking or eating right. The last two years have been a blur with family obligations and no time.

Now my son is back.

I lost 36 lbs and gained that back and then some. Sooooooooo here I am back at it. Starting over with much more to lose. Uhg. I will not give up. My health depends on it.

I did do 4 months of healthy eating and exercise to only lose 10 lbs after my mom past. and a struggle to keep that off. I seem to give up in July and Aug but I am back at it. I can do this and I am going to make a huge effort.

My Goals:
Lose 50lbs, tone my body.

My Program:
Green smoothies ------------ everyday. They worked before and I felt so healthy
Dinner low fat proteins and more veggies
Treadmill M-F before work
Trying Micro burst exercises every hour while at work. Lunges, squats, planks ect
Hand weights on Desk every hour move those arms.
Exercise ball at my desk to sit on intermittently -- kind of fun. I bounce and rock and balance while I work.
Adding more workouts as I get stronger

update: Grandson born New Years day. 2014 3 Grandkids total

Update: Expecting Twin Grandchildren in July 2015. That makes 5.

Update: New Grandson Jan 2017 Total 8. Guess I have been busy racking up grandkids.
