Hi I have been with spark for 3 years. I have not always been consistent with it. Every year as spring approaches I start tracking. Then as time goes on I think I don't need it but I do. It helps to remind me to stay active and eat healthy. Dec 2014 I have great resolve. Going to Green Smoothies. Veggies and fruit are the greatest. I am loving it. I am now 53.

The physical injuries that made me gain weight were a neck injury and then I got in a bad car crash fracturing L1-L5 and sacrum injury. I have ruptured disks c4-c5, c5-c6 and L3-L4. So for years the weight just keeps creeping on. If you do not stay moving then yes you will gain weight.

I am currently in Physical therapy and on my way to try to regain activity. I am determined to lose the weight and repair my body of injury and get back in shape.

I am post surgery over a year and have not recovered. My activity level is still low. I have a new Physical Therapist who is helping me to modify exercises that I can do with my neck injury and non fusion after surgery.

Walking and physical therapy , 1000-1500 cal diet as I am not able to do a lot of activities. Completed

Dancing, hula hoop and modified strength training. Completed

Treadmill 4x per week
Strength 3x per week
Hitt 4x per week
