Bustin' excuses!
I had made excuse after excuse that the weight just was going to be what it was because I was too busy to change it...little did I realize that at age 42 it's REALLY hard to make it "disappear", you have to do something about it!!Gotta get away from being the "Queen of Excuses" and focus on being strong and fit. I used to be skinny and athletic, ate whatever I wanted with no repercussions until I hit my 20's-now just feel overweight, sluggish and not "myself". Need to get back to that old ...

Need to get back to that old feeling for me and my family. I need to bust my excuses of: I don't have time. (What else DO I have?) I'm too tired. (Maybe exercise gives you energy!) I'm busy with the kids. (Modify it so we all can participate!) I need to study. (so work the time in-get organized!) I can't let anything stop me except for me. And I need to do a better job in taking care of myself. I have confidence, know how and attitude-I need to use it for good and STOP MAKING EXCUSES!!

My Goals:
1. Run a 5K in less than 35 minutes. 2. Run an 8K in less than 1 hr. 2. Lose at least 20 lbs or lose inches off my waist/butt/hips/arms. 3. Work out at least 15 minutes/day 4. My Program:
Currently I am attempting to run. I have never liked it, so it's my extra hard challenge. I discovered in January 2011 that i CAN be a runner. I still don't love it.
Other Information:
If YOU don't push your body, who will? You kinda need it when you're old.
