Thx for stopping by my blog! Yep...LOVE my Spinning class...however: yesterday was my 1st time passing on Spinning as I could get out on the road with my bike: that ALWAYS trumps Spinning...lol!
Thanks for the compliment :). I'm taking my page offline because I find myself sitting on here reading and talking to people more than exerising. It worked well when I didn't have a job because I had all day to exercise, but now that I'm working I have to use my extra time exercising and not "social" sparking. :) Sunday is my off day for everything (except church) so I'll do everything I use to do then. :) 1755 days ago
Hi Laura! I'm originally from the southwest burbs (Kankakee area... so not really burbs, but close enough!).
The 5K course was apparently actually 3.3 miles because of the re-route. I was told that there wasn't any bands and that the course, even though it ran downtown, was super crowded. They also had an issue with the walkers being released with the runners so it was hard for many of the back of the pack to get running.
I'm going to do my best to be at Shamrock! I prefer to the Leperchaun Leap 5K and 8K in March, though. Much smaller and lots of friendly faces. The shirt from last year was my favorite! 1811 days ago
