One day at a time.

Back again. In 2013 I lost 20 lbs and gained all back. I am in it to win it this time. I have been logging in to Spark People more and I have gained a lot of motivation. I am also looking for buddies to keep me motivated along the way. My goal is to reach 150 with a year.

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to loose 75lbs. I am going to start out by setting milestones along the way. So for now I am trying to loose 20lbs by May 31, 2010. My B-day. That will be a sweet reward.

My Program:
At this moment I am trying to watch what I eat and I am starting back working out. I love to cook and that has been my weakness in the past, but I am going to turn that into a strength for the future and cook healthier.
