High blood pressure, poor flexibility, work stress, and being downright tired all the time is just not good for anyone. I know what to do, but it gets harder and harder all the time to start over. I need to make a real life change.

My Goals:
* Exercise cardio at least 3x a week for 30 min.
* Weight training 3x week minimum 30 min.
* Eat healthy and incorporate raw foods. 5x raw fruits/veg a day.

Personal Information:
45 yrs old, mother of a wonderful 18 year old daughter. Live in Cleveland so the winters stink as those in the north know. Need lots of motivation to keep up the healthy lifestyle.

Thanks for stopping by my blog! I am amazed at the difference in how I feel losing weight this time (doing a lot more strength training) than I have in past attempts where I focused mainly on cardio. I'll take muscle over fat any day!

You have history what works. You are on a path not starting over. Put out the camp fire, pack the tent and move down the path.

Linda, tell me about your bicycle? Time to clean it on the trainer. Check it over for wear and need for adjustments. Take and inventory of your cold weather cycling clothes and figure out what temp you can start riding.

Set some goals! Take the next 6 weeks to prepare yourself for riding season. Believe you can meet your goals. Have fun and live.
