Really a dumb reason from someone who travels the world on her own for work. ugh.

* Exercise cardio at least 3x a week for 30 min.
* Weight training 3x week minimum 30 min.
* Eat healthy and incorporate raw foods. 5x raw fruits/veg a day.
* Practice yoga 3x week.

Thanks for leaving a comment on my blog and for sharing your vegan experience. Although it's only day 1, I find myself thinking about how to get a little chicken in my diet. I haven't eaten beef and pork for over 20 years now, so that's under control. I have also eliminated coffee and caffeine successfully. However, I have tried to give up chicken 3 times and have not been successful. The 30 day vegan challenge is what I need to push that chicken out of my life!

Any tips you can give me to overcome my addiction to Chicken is greatly appreciated.

Hi, P90X is something I am working in as part of my routine. I wish I could commit to it more than I am. I use it on the days I cannot get to the gym. What I like about P90X and some of the Wii EA Sports games is that they challenge me to use muscles and combinations of muscles that I don't use in my normal routine. I definitely feel it from that perspective. It also forces a warmup and some stretching. So hopefully my flexibility will improve.

Funny about the powdered sugar. I did realize that it was better that I had it with me than that it was in checked luggage for that reason.
