Hello! Glad to see another Crossfit Woman! It's a new team and there hasn't been a lot of posting yet. I've been a Crossfitter off and on since'06. I like the mindset and the challenge of it. I run too, but no marathons. This old body can only take so much abuse! I'm finding the older I get, the more I enjoy a brisk walk over a run. Oh well. see you around. 2004 days ago
