I I have 2 lil monkeys a boy and a girl they keep me going thats for sure. I also work full time and go to school part time, so my schedule is a bit crazy. I need to make this goal of mine come true.

topped the scales at 200 pounds after(yes after) I gave birth to my son.

I realized I needed to do something. I began to watch what i ate, not just watching it as it went into my mouth, and began excercising daily. In one years time I went from 200 pounds to 130. I have since went thru a divorce (congrats to me) and have began college. I really do think that stress had plenty to do with my decision to not care about what i was eating hence gaining unnessesary weight.

I am confident that with this program I can get back on track with re-learning how to shed the weight and keep it off.

I really would like some motivation from friends, that i can shed these extra pounds that do not want to come off.

On a side note:)

I hate my stomach area, after 2 kids, i like to hide it as much as possible. I've been told that im self concious, and i look good, i just dont feel "good." if that makes any sense at all lol.

I want to feel better about myself. Any help would be appreciated.

My Goals:
I want to learn to eat healthier, to find time w/in my busy schedule to be fit. I'd love to tighten my stomach, i know i wont look like i did in high school, but id like to get close:)

My Program:
Instead of not eating breakfast, ill wake up earlier, to eat breakfast as well as pack my lunch.
