Sorry I haven't checked in lately. Getting through the twins party took awhile (some of the decorations got ruined && had to be redone which pushed the others back too). Then, took a couple days "off" to rest.
What about you? How have you been && what's your progress?
Hey buddy . Not to tell you what to do but, deffinately gotta reverse the hole alcohol/exercise thing. You will fill better if you do. Now the less sugar I would suggest trying to eat a fruit when you get those sweet cravings. Some fruit can be really sweet. To be honest I'm more of a salty person than a sweet person but, I do love ice cream. Weight watchers actually have some good ice cream pops.
So what's your plan for tomorrow?
I'm trying a new system. I'm sure you've seen the 21 Day Fix commercial && the portion containers that come with them. I found some at Wal-Mart in the "as seen on tv" section called Get Fit Perfect Portions. I'm hoping it helps me eat cleaner/healthier. Also trying to cook with less butter, oil, ect... I actually used coconut oil for the first time yesterday to fry potatoes && surprisingly they were better because, they didn't have that heavy greasy taste. 15 days ago
