A Lloyd mommy's journey
I'm a stay at home mom who is turning 40 toward the end of the year and Have decided it's time to get real about my health. As selfish as it may sound to some 40 is going to be all about me; me being the best I can be emotionally, physically and mentally. By taking better care of myself I will be better able to take care of others. Right now I'm at 217 lbs (not my heaviest at one point I was pushing 230) and would love love love to get out of the 200s. So my goal weight is 150-160lbs by ...

By taking better care of myself I will be better able to take care of others. Right now I'm at 217 lbs (not my heaviest at one point I was pushing 230) and would love love love to get out of the 200s. So my goal weight is 150-160lbs by October of next year. I love painting, sketching, photography and interior design. My other interests are reading , music, classic movies and haning out with great friends.

My Goals:
My goal is to loose 67 pounds on or preferably before my birthday next year. I am sick and tired of being sick and tired. I want to be able to keep up with my kids and be here for them as they grow.
My Program:
I'm swimming laps for 1 hour 3 times per week and walking 30+ minutes everyday. I am tracking my food and getting my water fix everyday. I'm also really trying to stay on top of my house work. I never thought I would be happy that the washer and dryer are in the basement but wow, no need to invest in a stair climber with the amount of laundry my family produces each day!
