Losing weight by Summer

I am hoping to lose about 10kg which I gained during the past 1 and half years by May. I found it very hard to stick to diet plans, so I am hoping to work with like-minded people to keep myself more motivated.

My Goals:
I am hoping to lose about 10kg which I gained during the past 1 and half years by May. I can't wait to be able to see myself dressing in tight and pretty clothes.

My Program:
I've just started taking a slimming pill yesterday. I am hoping it will help in shedding all the extra weight I am aiming to lose. The reviews for the pills are quite positive, so I am very excited to see the outcome.

hey! ive tried a couple different supplements too and i dont find them particularly helpful either. the only one i think that might have helped a little bit is conjugated linoleic acid (CLA). its an oil supplement that claims to burn fat specifically in the abdomen and honestly... when i was using it.. i felt felt that my abs were more visible than they should have been at that given weight.

currently i try to do 1200-1500 calories daily with an hour of cardio... which brings me to 700 calories burned on elliptical. since i already have a pretty muscular built i dont worry about weight training too much. i will focus on it more after i lose more weight on cardio (since its the most effective calorie burner).

my goal is to lose 10 lbs each month so that i can break 130 by march. i think i would be satisfied with my body at 130... and then continue one more month to get into the mid/low 120s... and then finally maintenance for the rest of my life! wohoo

i am worried that the weight loss i want is too fast and that i will not be able to maintain it... but ive been doing a lot of reading in magazines, blogs and forums and it seems like its definitely possible for someone of my size to do this. it also seems like i am working it out much harder than the other people did... idk if that is a good or bad things. im like terrified of the supposed weight plateau/gain due to too little food and too much gym time. anywho.. i guess we shall see!

btw thats incredible that you dropped 9 kgs just from kicking sweets out of your diet. did it take you 6 months? emoticon

yay letes be buddies!! keep each other on track to super fitness and hottness :p

i normally am 0/2 but i actually have a medium frame (which i judge by myw rist size... i read that if your thumb and pointer finger can touch when they wrap around your wrist then you are small frame... and mine are about 1cm apart so i just figured that was medium frame? lol). i was also an athlete for most of my life so im pretty muscular... which is why i think i weigh so much more despite being the same clothing size.

what kind of slimming pill are you taking?

the photos i have uploaded are around 125-135 range. im a bit heavier than that now :( but.... im working on it and have made some progress!! i just like to keep my old pictures to remind myself what i am working for. sometimes if i feel like im too far away from my goal... i feel defeated and give up
