In need of an update . . .
Keep moving to the right! As long as I don't take a step backward, I'm going in the right direction.
Tracking calories, drinking plenty of water, cardio 6 days a week, and strength training 3+ days a week (alternate upper body & lower body day by day)
My name is Lindsay. I live in Seattle. Married to a wonderful guy from Senegal, West Africa. A new mom!
I enjoy drawing/painting, reading, swimming, basketball, volleyball, and being outdoors.
I have been faced with the challenge of chronic kidney stones. Still trying to figure out what is causing them, but focused for now on drinking LOTS of water and eating a low-oxalate diet. Which includes the "healthy" foods I had been eating as recommended in most diet and nutrition books! No nuts, berries, leafy greens, whole grains, soy, beans, tea or CHOCOLATE!

Hey Lindsay!!!! Thanks for the comment!!! I really do need to make more time for myself!! I miss my hikes! It is soooo super hot over here that I wouldn't be able to hike even if I wanted to! I hope to get in here more often! At least once a week!! Glad to see the team is still going strong! Jenny
