Back on Track

I am a single mother of a 4 year old and an Elementary School teacher so needless to say life can be hectic!!! I have actually dropped 50 pounds already, but suddenly found I lost my motivation and drive to keep going. I am hoping that being more active in Spark will help push me to get back on track and complete my goals.

Congrats on the 50 pound gone already. I am in the same boat you are i have lost a little over 50 pounds depending on the day i weigh in and i have about 95 pounds to go. I am looking at starting to do the walk away the pounds tapes I just want to get my motivation up before i start to go to the gym again as for me sometimes it a little intimidating.
