    Helloooooooooo!! LOVED talking with you on Sunday!! Thanks so much for the great tips...you guys are kickin' some butt..I'm proud of you emoticon Today I mixed things up on the treadmill...used the incline A LOT..also ran while it was inclined. Then I ran for a bit at the fastest speed I could go..I tightened the arm thingys to more tension so that is giving my arms a wicked workout...gonna keep working at it and then do some of the free weight stuff we spoke about.
