I Can Do It

Ok, I've been a member of Spark since 2007 and I lost 30 pounds. Unfortunately once I reached my goal I figured I'd try it on my own. I did it for a while but then the old habits started coming back. So 15 pounds later I'm back with a vengeance and it will stay off this time. This year I will be 40 and fabulous.

I'm 39 years old, well closer to 40. I've been married for 18 years and have two beautiful daughters. I live in the Hudson Valley in New York. I love reading anything and everything, it helps that I work in a library. I love my life, my job my family and soon I will love my body!!

Helloooooooooo!! LOVED talking with you on Sunday!! Thanks so much for the great tips...you guys are kickin' some butt..I'm proud of you emoticon Today I mixed things up on the treadmill...used the incline A LOT..also ran while it was inclined. Then I ran for a bit at the fastest speed I could go..I tightened the arm thingys to more tension so that is giving my arms a wicked workout...gonna keep working at it and then do some of the free weight stuff we spoke about. Helloooooooo lol, Gonna call ya tonight my wonderful loooong time friend! Tried running a mile and a half this week and did it twice emoticon ...did it on Tuesday and then today. I WILL BE RUNNING 2 MILES BEFORE FEB IS UP! TTYL Love me
