Ya with some creativity you can lower the calories of anything really it just takes a bit of experimenting! The recipe comes out to under 500 Calories per serving! So it's really doable! The key for me is portion control of the pasta, and using less butter/parmesan than typically used but it still feels just as decadent and awesome and you can't really tell it's using less! To lower the calories even more you could half the pasta and use some sort of spiralized veggie! I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!!!
