My Goals:
I want to loose the last 10 lbs. and keep it off. I also want to start running outdoors more and start running in races. I got a husky puppy so hopefully this will motivate me a little more with outdoor running rather than the gym!
My Program:
I love to work out. You can always find me at the gym starting with weights and then sweating it off with intense cardio.
