My Goals:
My main goal is to lose weight, get in better shape and health and I know with my trainer's help at the gym (Joe) and now working with Michelle on my diet, I'll be able to reach my goal of getting down to at least 140!

My Program:
I work out at the gym at least 5 days a week. on Mon, Wed and Fri I work with my personal trainer, Joe. Today I started working with Michelle to work out a diet plan and what will help me to reach my goal.

Personal Information:
I currently live in Panama City Florida and have been here going on 3 years. Right now I take each day as it comes and work hard each and every day to achieve some form of happiness. My life is full with my work and my workouts and I am loving it.

Other Information:
Hoping to meet others here to give support to and receive support from to help work towards the goals we have all set for ourselves.
