My Goals:
I want to maintain my current weight and continue to exercise and eat in a healthy and well-balanced manner.

My Program:
I am tracking my nutrition and exercise daily. I engage in some sort of aerobic exercise three days a week and practice yoga three days a week. I tend to take one day off or do something less intense on that day. I do not cut any food from my diet - I focus on moderation and sensible eating.

Personal Information:
Born in St. Louis, MO, currently live in Melrose, MA. Have a husband and a son.

Other Information:
I just went to Kennedy Space Center and was reminded of President Kennedy's observation that "We do not ... do these things because they are easy, but because they are hard." Sure he was talking about going to the moon, but I think it's a good guide for life, which really is never easy.

how as Kripalu. I head that Ann Margaret assisted Kathy along with Chris and Doug. Ann was there when I assisted and I have spoke with Chirs. Why not stop by the Chi Running page and give us an update?
