Fat NO MORE

This is my second time being a member. I remembered a lot of the positives about this site. I am now a student and work full time. However my health is important and currently I am dissatisfied at what I see. I am to change this. No one can do this but me. So here I go again.

A healthy balance of healthy living. Lose pounds through decrease in caloric intake and increase of caloric burning.

Personal Information:
I live in PHiladelphia. I work fulltime and studying for PH.D in public health. I am married with 5 grandchildren and 3 grown children as well as 3 grown cats. I would like to improve my chances of preventing chronic illnesses and conditions.

I love to knit, crochet, knit, listen to music and read. Currently I am loving my Amazon Kindle and my career.

I started to seriously cut calories and exercise harder with a little help from appetite suppressant. I lost 38 pounds from April 21st 2012 until now. I feel great and have lots more energy. I am consuming very low calories from 350-900 cal per day. emoticon
