I'm in my mid-30s, and like other individuals finding themselves on spark people, have made a decision to live a healthier lifestyle.

I have to unlearn a lot of bad habits and begin to learn to choose the healthier alternatives. This is not a diet this time... this time is a lifestyle change and a commitment to a fitter, healthier me.
