My Program:
For the last year I've participated in the UBC (Ultimate Body Challenge) which has helped tremendously in my fitness goals. I do strength training 3x a week, kickboxing 2x a week and sometimes I even manage an additional circuits on Saturday!

Personal Information:
Living in the Pacific Northwest with my dogs, I'm a knitter, geek, and now one of those people who work out because I LIKE it. What is that about?
