I am retired from the Navy. Reached my weigh loss goal in December 2012. Slipped off track in March-April 2013 and regained 7 pounds. Got back with the program and as of 13 May 2013, I am back within my weight goal range. The main goal continues to be to maintain that weight for the long haul. I also want to continue my fitness program and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
